You can return Garneau Sheepskin Slippers for a size exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping costs for returning the products to the Atelier Garneau are the responsibility of the customer. We do not make refunds to your credit card. You must present your original receipts. Slippers must be unworn and in the condition you received them.

You may also request a store credit for later use. Shipping fees will be deducted from store credit applied.
