Our slippers have a very snug fit initially. They will feel tight at first but the sheepskin will mold to the shape of your foot after awhile. That’s the way to ensure a comfy fit. Refer to the sizing chart to find out your size.

Can I wash my slippers?
Here is our care recommendation for your Garneau sheepskin slippers.
You may wash your sheepskin and suede slippers following three simple steps:
- Machine wash on gentle cycle or hand wash using cold water.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Air dry only. Keep away from direct heat.
Closed back styles have a cushioned removable insole that can be washed separately.
You may wash your sheepskin and leather slippers following three simple steps:
- Wash leather with a damp cloth.
- Wash the sheepskin using a gentle brush and a mild detergent without submerging in water. (Removable Sheepskin Insoles can be machine washed on gentle cycle or hand wash using cold water and a mild detergent.)
- Air dry only. Keep away from direct heat.
Closed back styles have a cushioned removable insole that can be washed separately.
What if my slippers don't fit?
You can return your slippers and we will replace them for you.

How long is the lifetime of my slippers?
Unfortunately, there is no universal answer to this question, as the use of our products can vary a lot from one person to another. However, in order to give your slippers a little youthful effect, it is possible to buy a pair of removable soles to replace those already present inside your slippers. (For closed-back styles only)
Is there a warranty on your products?
Any natural or accidental wear of our products is not guaranteed. However, if your slippers wear out prematurely, if they show a manufacturing defect or any other abnormal problem, we will gladly provide you with the right solution for your situation, whether it be replacement or repair of the product.

How long can I expect to wait between the time I place my order and the time it is sent?

The soles of our slippers are all made of a high quality microfiber. The material is resistant and breathes well for maximum comfort.

Since the company’s beginnings, Garneau & Co. has used only the finest sheepskin from New Zealand and Australia. Carefully selected from the most reputable suppliers, our sheepskins have an incomparable feel and density, which enables us to craft refined products that offer a natural balance between lightness, comfort and durability.

Can I wear my Garneau slippers outdoor?
Garneau sheepskin slippers are made for indoor use. They resist wear on all types of standard flooring, such as hardwood floor, carpet, tile, etc.
Garneau sheepskin slippers are not especially made to be worn outside; however, you can add EVA outsoles to your order. These outsoles will allow you to walk around your house outside, in the garage or on your balcony without causing any premature wear and tear.

What are the advantages of EVA outsoles?
EVA outsoles are ideal for anyone wanting to have better foot support. In addition to protecting the underside of your slippers (sole, strips, seams, etc.) and therefore prolonging their longevity, it also prevents the cold from penetrating them. EVA outsoles are ideal for anyone wishing to go out of the house, say in the garage or on the balcony.
